My favourite sugo – I use it for anything that requires a sauce base. It has a light and versatile flavour which compliments any dish. The best passata is simmered with chunks of mushrooms, peppers, celery and carrots. Chillies are also added which gives this vegetable sugo a subtle chilli kick. Made the traditional Italian way; where the sugo is thickened and sweetened slowly without any additives or preservatives. It takes me hours to make each of my sauces, so you can get the best sauce in an instant.
